Blog, Exeid, Exeid News, serviced office space

Redfern House is one of very few office sites in St Albans due to the permitted development from B1 to C3 usage – office to residential development. (Read more about this here) Redfern House is just 0.9 miles out of the centre but benefits from free parking on-site and in the local area, we have even popped two courtesy bicycles on site for clients who want to nip into town on their lunch break and avoid traffic and parking. Benefits of this location include: Bespoke space personalised to your…

Is this the smallest office in Britain???

Blog, Exeid, Office space, serviced office space
Due to overwhelming demand for office space in Nottingham Leading serviced office provider Exeid have developed what is arguably the smallest office in the UK and possibly in Europe measuring in at just 42 sq ft! Who said bigger was better hey? Area Manager Duncan McKeown said: We have been 100% full in our traditional space and we are filling new sites within weeks. It has been difficult to accommodate the demand for 1 person offices which is coming primarily from people graduating out of coworking spaces like Accellerate or Antenna or the café working culture of Starbucks, Costa etc. Coworking is a great way for many small businesses to work but some people prefer a space away from home where they are able to carry out confidential work and…

Exciting update for Rushcliffe Technology and Enterprise Centre under development (RTEC) (pictures)

Nottingham, Parking, Rushcliffe, Rushcliffe Technology and Enterprise Centre, serviced office space, TechCityNotts
Exeid and Rushcliffe Borough Council are excited to announce that renovations of the Rushcliffe Technology and Enterprise Centre (RTEC) have officially started. Today, we ventured down to West Bridgford to take a first look at the skeleton of what will become a 12,000 sq.ft centre of excellence for developing businesses of all sizes. Donning fluorescent Exeid jackets, we entered the site with camera in hand, to capture the first moments of this project’s new life. The interior which had made up the previous office had been ripped out, leaving the bare structure, upon which to build new serviced offices. Refurbished London Office space sees increase in demand, with Skyscraper dominance coming to an end in 2014.

Exeid News, Farringdon, Landlords, London, Office space, serviced office space

The development is moving toward refurbishments of older buildings and, after the current cluster of skyscrapers, we will not see new ones planned.” Now, in 2014, Mr. Rees…
