Exeid, The specialist commercial property consultancy has acquired over 2400 sq ft of office space at the North end of Gray's Inn Rd, Kings Cross. Following a comprehensive refurbishment programme the space was let to the UK’s leading apprenticeship training provider 3AAA. David Ajose, CEO of Exeid said “This was a difficult brief. Refurbished London Office space sees increase in demand, with Skyscraper dominance coming to an end in 2014.

The beautiful and historic city of London has, for years, been dominated by a forest of skyscrapers for large corporations, shadowing over smaller companies with a seemingly subjugating intent. However, the recent cluster of high-rise London office buildings that have been completed are set to be some of the last to be built in the city under current planning rules.
