Exeid, The specialist commercial property consultancy has acquired over 2400 sq ft of office space at the North end of Gray's Inn Rd, Kings Cross. Following a comprehensive refurbishment programme the space was let to the UK’s leading apprenticeship training provider 3AAA. David Ajose, CEO of Exeid said “This was a difficult brief. Our client required a site in central London and retained us to research and aquire the best location for their rapidly expanding London academy.
