Exeid Ltd operates boutique serviced offices in central Nottingham, and we are undergoing rapid expansion with new sites in Derby Leicester & Milton Keynes.  An example of one of our sites is 20 Fletchergate We are growing rapidly and are about to launch a nationwide expansion under our new brand. We are seeking to engage a recent graduate or non graduate with a burning desire for success to join us working closely with the Directors of this exciting business. You will be keen to be given the opportunity to use your entrepreneurial flair and will have the opportunity to be part of an early stage business where your input will have a real, rather than purely theoretical impact. Job Description: • Manage website content & Social media content • Manage business Twitter and Facebook account • Interview clients. • Create News Stories. • Set up and manage You Tube channel. • Organise  Video  content for You Tube Channel • Design & Place adverts in online forums and portals. • Set up & manage Google adwords account  and Google Local Business accounts • Place Property adverts on listing sites and research new sites • Manage meeting room service, Organise  social events • Prepare Marketing literature for new sites. • Update customer records on database • Additional support duties  ( its an ‘All hands on deck’ Team environment) Experience and skills and attributes: • Honest and trustworthy. • Good numeracy and literacy skills • Keen interest in Social media and SEO • Experience of Microsoft Office systems • Experience of Graphics packages (desirable) • Ambitious with a curious outlook on life • Confident and outgoing personality Don’t be disappointed if you’ve read this far but have no experience.
