Stanford House, Nottingham
The awe-inspiring Stanford House was built for Nottingham’s wealthiest silk merchant, William Stanford, in 1775 with no expense spared. The building changed hands a number of times but fortunately, having had one owner for most of the last 100 years, it has been preserved and retains all of its original charm and character. Following a careful programme of sensitive restoration, we are making these dramatic spaces, in this outstanding building, available once more.
The space is flooded with natural light and has been built with traditional, natural materials. As a result, it is a wonderful place to work for your staff, making a lasting impression on your clients.
The space will be fully furnished to your requirements and the prices are fully inclusive of utilities, service charge, rent, rates etc. Alternatively, traditional leases can be agreed, if you prefer.
Services provided include (but are not limited to) state-of-the technology, telecoms, meeting room facilities, furniture, IT support, an on-site maintenance manager, unique networking opportunities, marketing services – even free, unlimited tea and coffee!
If you think that your organisation deserves to be housed in Nottingham’s finest Georgian mansion, at an affordable price, then you’ve found your perfect Nottingham Office Space.
